Refinished Cabinetry and Hardwood Floors
This kitchen and dining room felt very warm and cozy, but it had seen a lot of wear and the owners were ready for a restoration. The vision was to bring life back into the room by refinishing the hardwood floor and the kitchen cabinets. We also decided to give the space a bolder touch with meticulous drywall repair and high quality paint.

This new homeowner envisioned a brighter, cleaner basement free from a mysterious musty odour. He received that and more. Finding and eliminating the source of the smell, I installed a new floor with high durability and low maintenance, providing
peace of mind and lasting confidence.

I guarantee gorgeous, long-lasting work. Sometimes that means repeating a step or applying an extra coat to meet my expectations and yours.
Tier 1
These are the jobs where my process is highly-developed and I rarely need to redo a step. If I were to specialize my services, this is where I would focus.
Flooring
Installing new hardwood or engineered hardwood
Refinishing existing hardwood
Installing luxury vinyl plank flooring
Tiles - from small to large format
Painting
Paint only looks as good as the prep work, and I skip no steps. That last coat will look incredible with stunningly straight cut lines. As a side note, I love bold colours.
Trim
Your baseboards, door and window trim will look beautiful. I never assume a corner is 90 degrees. For those of you who know trim, I cope and scribe everywhere needed to achieve that masterful finished look.
Tiling
Floors, walls, showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes: I make sure every row is plumb, flush, and level; every cut is just right, and every edge professionally capped/finished. Every contractor I’ve ever worked for has put me on tiling because they know what I can do.
Tier 2
These are the projects that I have done many times, and am very familiar with. I may want to touch up or tweak a couple steps before moving onto the next.

You won’t see any drywall go up unless the framing is plumb, flush, and square.
It will take me two extra cycles of mudding and sanding compared to a professional mudder, but the end product will be the same.
